Even as Liverpool fan myself I dont really mind if Trent leaves as much as I love him he has won everything at Liverpool and in all honesty I would prefer to have players at the club who want to stay.

Its really that simple.

“He cannot defend but he is frightening going forward” fits perfectly with Real. I guess Stevie has not watched a lot of Real over recent years.

marcelo was a 8 out of 10 defender and a 10 out 10 attacker.
trent is a 7 out of 10 defender and a 10 out of 10 attacker.

before anyone starts saying "he cant defend", save your breath.
its just not true.
he would fit real madrid like a glove.

I like how the media just assumes that Liverpool is going to be irrelevant.
Wow what a slap in the face to the team that competed in 3 CL finals and is the only team that actually beat City.

What will it take to get people to notice that this Liverpool squad is also working towards something pretty great, and on their day they can be unstoppable.

Just go Trent. He would tear it up in La Liga in that Madrid team. !Frightening!

Liverpool fans were under the impression that Trent would bring Bellingham to Liverpool but he is actually taking Trent to Madrid on a free .. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

its bleedin obvious what happened, he spat the dummy at the beginning of the season, it was obvious he was trying to force a move to madrid but liverpool appeased him telling him to wait to end of season, then he's all smiles. Anyway, conor bradley is a top player and calvin ramsey looked very good when he first arrived before getting injured

Liverpool has been through the same situation time and time again.
It comes to a point it doesn't matter who leaves, just be sure to get a huge sack of cash and make the most out of it cause Slot will have to build his army for the next decade.

What philosphy? They dont have one other than "buy all the players in the world buy tapping up players, then the fans while hate them unless they score 400 goals a season"

This is what I think: TAA is acting like his priority is Liverpool. He's going through the motion of contract negotiation, but he has no intention of signing.

Ancelotti is grateful to TAA for helping RM to win the UCL 2 seasons. Slot should probably sit him out for the RM game. Let Bradley start.

Madrid over here picking up superstars for free. Shocking that Liverpool are allowing their big name players to just run out their contracts then leave on a free, you dont see City doing that.

You know what? If Trent wants to leave he can leave. I don't care anymore. No Trent, No problem.

I hope with all my heart that he doesn’t leave. He’s my favourite player at lfc

The main thing that disappoints me is that he’s screwing over his boyhood club by leaving on a free transfer. He could’ve signed an extension at a hefty pay raise but with a relatively reasonable release clause so that he gets more money but can leave easily and Liverpool will get something. They did this with Luis Suarez. It would’ve been win-win. Instead, now he’ll get everything he wants but LFC will be left high and dry, just like they were with McManaman. Very disappointing.
