I also i have the same problem, am feeling pain from my right epididymis. And the doctor told me there was a simple cyst mesuring 0.55 by 0.45cm was noted in the epidiymal head and i should not worry about because it happens and it's something usual that normally happens to men. I pray and patiencly wait that will disappear all us and quick recovery.

It has nothing to do with infertility.

I had the cyst around my testes for some years, the discomfort got even more as the year goes by and the pain reoccurred even more frequent than ever. Did a urine test a year ago and a medium size growth of e-coli was found, took antibiotics. It subsided but the pain reoccurred few months later until about 2 weeks ago I went for another urine test and nothing was found. So I was giving some meds and on the 4th day I started noticing changes and couldn’t feel the cyst nor the pains around my groin area.

I’m perfectly fine now & I’m from Nigeria.

I've had a few of these in the past and experienced similar symptoms again this year. I went in for an Ultrasound and found a tumor in its earliest stages. I'm expected to fully recover after surgery and I keep getting told I'm lucky to have found it so early.

Turns out my pain was actually from a harmless cyst on the non-cancerous testicle. Just putting this here to emphasize that it's ALWAYS worth getting checked out for this if you can. My tumor was so small it couldn't be felt on exams, but my ultrasound caught it immediately.

If I am not wrong even I too have that problem but eating some seeds and sprouts really had good results. Try to learn vitamin and mineral source food and understand the anatomy of testicles.

i have been experiencing an ache on my left groin for 2 years before i finally went to see the doctor ..he noted i also had a drooping testicle, one lower than the other ..i had never noticed this myself ...been the hospital for 2 scans today ..groin scan and testicle scan cause of the ache was found to be a hernia, ,and the testicle they found 2 cysts ...now waiting to discuss the results with my doctor

I have this, I'm always in chronic pain .. I've been for scans ive been to see a number of doctors and pain specialists but was only given pain pills . I'm on pain medication over ten years its ruined my life tbh . . I'm going to pay to get my left testicle removed .
