GYM

Make the best use of your time in the Custom Fitness fully equipped gym, Lincoln.

We focus on the equipment, training environment and training methods that enable results.

If you work out at the Custom Fitness gym in Lincoln you will be challenging your body, regularly changing your workouts, having fun, and noticing the difference.

We've made sure everyone using the gym feels comfortable. If you want to lift heavy weights or tone up -- everyone is welcome.

Gym equipment available includes:
• Free weights -- dumbbells and barbells
• Kettle bells, Olympic lifting platform, punch bags
• Strongman equipment -- atlas stones, tyres, prowler, sledge, farmers walk
• Conditioning equipment -- Bulgarian bags, power hammers, grappler, battling ropes, kegs, tornado ball, medicine balls, plyo-boxes, bumper plates and punch bags
• TRX and suspended bodyweight equipment

There are changing areas & shower facilities.

Our qualified professional coach's will work with you to identify what your specific goal(s) are and then set a individually designed plan to help you achieve them.

This plan will cover all aspects of training, nutrition and lifestyle.

And most important of all -- it's excellent for your physical health and mental wellbeing.

In addition to personal training in the gym we offer 1 to 1 Pilates.
And while we believe face to face personal training is the most effective -- if you can't find the time to come to the gym, we can create personalised online training and nutrition programmes for you and offer help and advice along the way.

CLASSES

BOOT CAMP - A no-nonsense approach to training targeted at stripping fat off the body, get fit and enhancing health.  It's individualised so that it will challenge you to work hard.

BOXERCISE - Boxercise has developed and adapted age old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

MODIFIED STRONGMAN/STRONGWOMAN - A hugely popular class. Open to all ages and genders, this class adopts principles from strongman training and then MODIFIES them to allow us mortals to gain the benefits of this fantastic style of training!

KETTLE BELL CIRCUITS - A class dedicated to kettle bell training.  Learn how to use and train with KB's correctly to maximise fast results.

CIRCUITS - Old school training.  Using DB's, body weight, punch-bags, kettle bells, TRX, Bulgarian Bags and other equipment to work the whole body to achieve results fast.

ABS & ARSE  - Half hour of exercise with a sole focus of working the gluts and mid section.

BODY TRANSFORMATION COURSE - An 8-week course focused on optimising fat loss by enhancing health, wellbeing and fitness.  Topics covered are nutrition, efficient use of time available for training, the importance of sleep, toxicity, and hormone function.  We also do body fat measures, take professional before/after pics, and have full email/social media support throughout the course.

PILATES -  Based on the original mat Pilates moves, this class is suitable for all ability levels, focusing on improving core stability, strength and flexibility.
