I really wish they wouldn’t put a TV on top of that gorgeous mantle ….it’s too big and they’ve been doing that a lot in the newer homes but it takes that grandeur of the fireplace away

I would have preferred to see the cabinetry surrounding the fireplace done in the same wood (red oak?) and finish as the fireplace. Either that or have it painted a solid color, (white, black, or gray to match the walls).

Can you please tell us if the 40x21 carport is included in the 2650 sf?

Also, maybe I missed it (will watch again) but what is the footprint and how is it allocated (living, porch, carport)? Since you've wisely seperated the cost of heated sf from carpool/garage/porch, knowing this helps us in determining our own barndo.

I have a serious question, this is the third home I've seen you give us a tour of and you make sure to emphasize how you don't push your clients to choose a certain finish and it's all what they want yet in all three homes all of them have cultured marble bathroom sinks and countertops and same with shower surrounds. I find this a bit strange that all three have the same thing that no one has chosen porcelain sinks and tiled shower surrounds. The condominium My Mom brought that was built in the first half of the '70's had cultured marble sinks and countertops as this was the rage at that time and subsequently saw them used in alot of Manufactured homes. So I almost think by viewing this that the standard for your homes is the cultured marble bathroom sinks and countertops and shower surrounds and the only place The customer has a choice of finishes is in the kitchen.

The shape looks like a big shed, the kitchen cupboards look dated, the furniture does not do the house justice,

Kudos to the improved camera work! In the past the camera focused more on you instead of the features you were taking about. Looks like maybe you went from setting up the camera on a tripod, to hand-held. It was very steady considering you were walking around, so well done! I really got a feel for the whole house.

The TV is too high up. All that cultured marble in the bathroom doesn't give it any character. It needs more colors & textures. It's boring. Both master baths are boring. I do like the drawers in the master closets & the window sill in the kitchen & laundry room. I like the carport too.
