Can I just say that I was a terrible insomniac for many years, was on loads of pills and my quality of life was pretty bad. I personally use this exact audio every day. Because the chakra balances use different frequencies for each chakra, listening all the way through is required to get the full effect, also this ends with crown and the upper chakras are the most enjoyable in my opinion. Many Blessings!

I have similar experiences, this is one of my very favorite sessions. Typically during the Root - Heart my mind is somewhat chattery, however from throat - crown I find myself suspended in infinite bliss where the body is dissolved and an infinite presence of peace is all that exist! :)

There is no doubt that everything is connected! Balancing all your chakras has tremendous health effects and many people find that common medical issues start to disappear as they raise their vibrational frequency. Overall health really comes from balanced chakra. If you spend too much time on the 3rd eye other chakras may get out of balance. That being said most people only operate and have the lower 3 chakras activated so spending time on the upper chakras at first is a good idea.

Have you had this experience more than once? Some physical reaction to the video is normal and many people respond as so. Chakra's are our bodies energy centers and this video helps bring them and YOU back to balance. If certain chakras are very out of balance you will feel physical energy flowing as balance is being restored and a lot of times this expresses itself with physical twitches, minor headaches etc. As balance is restored the physical response will no longer occur.

Surprised by the low amount of traffic this video receives. I have been listening to binaural bears off and on for 7 years and somehow I always find my way back to this specific track. Highly recommend for grounding, clarity and full body trance like relaxation.

Wow, wow, wow. I have practiced yoga and meditation for years. this is the first chakra meditation that has affected me so powerfully. Certain chakras kind of vibrated, certain ones actually felt pressure and then vibration, but by the end all were humming - actually humming. I will go back to this one again and again. I can't believe all chakras felt different with each section, it wasn't a uniform reaction.

Actually somewhat similar experiences have been reported. Chakra balances deal entirely with your your chakra energy centers of your body. As the tones work to activate the chakras and release energy blocks certain physical pressures can be felt. The most common experience is headaches during pineal gland activation. Almost always listeners report the "unpleasant" experiences going away after continued use and activation.
