great vid. When you say you can see all in one place things like: who is missing a check in, when someone last paid etc - is that infobeing pulled form somewhere (like how Apotheo's dashboard works), or is taht info manually entered by me the coach when someone eg pays / checks in?

I want to start a free online coaching service for only a few clients so that I can build a portfolio for when I decide to start coaching for an income. Would you suggest I start on google sheets, or on Notion? Visually, Notion looks very smooth, but are there any downfalls to people like me who are very early on in their coaching career?

if we update master template then would the client templates would be updated as well? I am thinking about a scenario when I convert my master template from bicycle to Motorcycle (ref from the pic art) then would my clients template would be updated to motorcycle as well? if no then how would that template upgrade would work?
