I just love to see your posts Jojo, I really get a good feel for big farming. The fact you are so concerned about doing a good job really touched me. I would think most folks would not concern themselves with that in this context, but you do. That makes you a top shelf FarmGirl. The spammers hit me almost daily, but they are idiots.

Jojo: you and Zack put out wonderful videos. I love them all. keep up the good work. I just wanted to say that maybe one of the reasons your peppers looked so good is that there are so many Praying Mantises in your garden this year. They are excellent natural pest control agents . I know it can be a bit disconcerting when they are flying and land on you (it has happened to me). but as I'm sure I'm not telling you something you don't already know, this is just a friendly reminder that they are your little buddies and allies in controlling pests in your garden.

I''ve said a few times how little I actually know about farming, and it's become apparent to me only since watching your videos. Kinda knew about the big equipment, but not the details. Thanks for taking me along with you on the various tasks, besides harvesting - which is much more than I realized too. 😊

we have had our ancestry traced back to the 1500's.
Since coming to America from Germany in 1755 (landing in Philadelphia), EVERY SINGLE ONE of the males listed in the censuses of my family have been listed as FARMERS...until my father. He left the farm @ 16, lied about his age, and joined the military. I spent every summer of my childhood on my Great Uncle's Farm in OK.
I LOVE FARMERS and respect everything that you do.

I worked my way through university working on farms. I did pretty much all you guys are doing and I loved driving a variety of tractors with machinery.

Gosh. I have farmers in the family but haven’t tried my hand at it yet. I would so love to get hired by one to help out and get experience. Being a city boy, having run my own businesses, I would love the change.
