Hi Everyone!

Today, I'm excited to bring you along on a typical day in my world as an owner of not one, but two flourishing businesses. Running two businesses keeps me on my toes, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm grateful for every day I get to spend doing what I love because when passion meets purpose, every moment is a celebration!

It is the time of the month so I definitely was a little in my feels today but by taking some time at the end of the day, being kind to myself and my body really helped.

I'm a girl with two chronic illnesses -- endometriosis and lupus -- and I can honestly say that your two businesses are keeping me afloat. Nekohama is the only form of caffeine I can drink without flaring my symptoms. Not only does it keep negative symptoms at bay, but it makes me feel better beyond symptom elimination. I have to be very careful with my diet, and can only do very low impact exercise. SSB recipes are extremely autoimmune friendly, and it makes meal planning so much easier.
