April 2-4, 2020
A whitewater packrafting trip on the Big South Fork of the Cumberland River. Using an Alpacka Curiyak and an Alpacka Classic (Yak), I did a couple laps on the Cumberland River. I swam a lot, but I learned almost as much. I also got separated from my boat, but thanks to some river guides from the Nantahala Outdoor Center, I got it back.

I'm surprised that nobody is giving you shit for paddling solo. I hope you now realize how dangerous that can be, especially for someone with limited skills...
