Victor Osimhen's agent Roberto Calenda has threatened legal action against Napoli after the club posted a TikTok video mocking the striker for missing a penalty in a goalless draw against Bologna.

The video, which was subsequently deleted, showed Osimhen failing to score his spot-kick with a high-pitched voice saying "gimme penalty please".

Calenda condemned the video on Twitter, saying it caused "very serious damage to the player" and added to the "fake news" that Osimhen had been subjected to in recent weeks.

"We reserve the right to take legal action and any useful initiative to protect Victor," Calenda wrote.

The video has sparked a debate among Napoli fans, with some supporting the club's decision to remove it, while others have criticized the club for mocking their own player.

The incident comes at a time when Osimhen's relationship with Napoli has been under scrutiny. The striker was substituted off in the Bologna game and appeared to argue with coach Rudi Garcia on the touchline.
