Discover how to truly safeguard your freedoms and honor the legacy of our founding fathers. In this week's Friday Field Notes, Ryan Michler promises to transform your understanding of Independence Day from mere celebration to a profound contemplation of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Ryan sheds light on the often overlooked responsibilities that accompany these cherished rights, emphasizing that they are not entitlements but opportunities demanding vigilance and effort. By focusing on the pivotal role of men as protectors, providers, and leaders, Ryan underscores the essential virtues of personal responsibility, self-improvement, and community service. He reflects on historical vulnerabilities and acknowledges deficiencies to ensure continuous progress and protection of our freedoms.

Is the American dream alive and well, or is it under threat? Ryan delves into the current state of social security, Medicare, and Medicaid, outlining the urgent need for self-reliance over dependency on government aid. From getting in shape to getting out of debt and acquiring marketable skills, he discusses practical steps to reclaim control of your future. Ryan highlights the importance of community involvement, whether it’s helping a neighbor or running for local office. By taking these actions, you help safeguard the rights and responsibilities that our forebears fought so hard to secure. As you enjoy your freedoms this weekend, remember to remain vigilant and proactive in preserving them. Join Ryan next week as he continues this essential conversation on restoring and maintaining the American dream.

Our rights come from God, and we are entitled to them. Just because someone has the power to take your rights away doesn't mean you're not entitled to them. Now, rights are what youre born with and have the freedom to access without infringing on another's rights. Things that require the labor of someone else can never be a right.

It has come to the point where anytime people tell me I can't do this or I have to do that because "government said so, " my response is "pursuant to what constitutionally delegated authority?"

Ryan, that's a huge fan from Brazil, one of your early subscribers. Let me ask you this: what's the best way to get in touch with you?? I've got some ideas and would like to talk to you about them.

If I am a disabled man that works and is partially on social security does that make me weak?

Freedom does not mean I can do whatever I want. What Freedom do I have if I choose drug addiction, alcohol, abortion, prostitution, gambling, social media obsession. Popularity, and fame becomes my priority, eat all the junk I want, don’t clean, don’t shower, don’t care about providing for others. That would make me a slave to these choices.

Real freedom is living a life of Christ. Picking up our crosses and following Him. Laying down the false unfulfilling motives that never satisfy the heart.

Lets stop the BS about freedom. People actually want comfort, not freedom. Real freedom isn't comfortable.
