Hey Yummy. Be careful with the zero (artificially sweetened) sugar creamer. It’s zero sugar but 15 calories per tablespoon. Looks like you poured about a cup or so of the French Vanilla into you drink. There are 16 tablespoons in one cup. So the calories do add up. This is one the things my nutritionist told me about using sugar free creamers because I’m a coffee drinker. The calories add up. Just sharing the knowledge.
