CHATEAU Dining Room RESTORATION, Ceiling and 17th CENTURY Paneling

Journey to the Château, Ep. 233 - In this Friday episode, Patrick and Stuart are back to work in the Chateau de Colombe dining room to prepare for their participation in the annual Heritage Days (Journées du Patrimoine) in France. This year Château de Colombe will be a participant in this year's annual event, with the date set for the weekend of September 21 to 22, 2024. Patrick works on the repair and painting of the dining room ceiling, and Stuart begins the recreation of the 17th Century paneling. Also, Patrick and Stuart share another update and video of their rescue kitten, Figaro.

A great episode- I was so invested in Patrick painting the ceiling- even coaching him along until I realzed that the spot he 'missed' was actually a flaw on my laptop screen- LOL. Impressed with Stuart's precision cuts and also thought the music for the Figaro segment was perfect !!
