1 pack of callaloo

1/2 Tsp All- purpose

1/2 Tsp salt

1 Tsp ground black pepper

1 small carrot

1 Tomato

1/4 green bell pepper

1/2 white onion

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 scotch bonnet pepper

2 stalk escallion

2 sprig of thyme

1 tbsp butter(Optional)

1 tbsp olive oil
