Yeah it’s trash!! I left and am going to electricity. Let’s go. 👍 I hate the low pay and never being home for the 2 years. It’s garbage. Worst job in America absolutely.

Imagine going to work for 11 hours and getting paid for 2 of those hours not because you didn't want to actually work but because they didn't have any work for you but made it seem like they were looking for something for you to do. I can basically work at mcdonald's and get paid more than what I'm getting otr right now. You will have some fantastic weeks but they will make sure you don't have a fantastic income for that month by introducing bs. I'll give you an example. Today is Friday and my company is basically ghost during the weekend. I had a load that would work me for the weekend but of course the load was canceled. So now I have to basically sit in my truck for 3 entire days
