I work in factories since 1966 and I work at a Machine Shop who did Router Bits and Honey comb cutter for Boeing air craft and Macdonald Douglas. After working thir after 18 years, they Laid us off and then called us at home to tell us not to come, because after 20 years you could freeze your Pension plan. They did not want us to have our pension plan. So much for being a good worker.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Deregulation is a result of companies who ignored safety and respect for our environment. I agree we are over regulated but we need to have leaders in companies that do right by others and don’t try to skirt things for profit … then we’re in business. Go forth with integrity and we will prosper!!

Well Said ..Also, There is so many homeless people . I know we can do better . No one should be without a safety net ..It's a person's foundation. Also, A lot of changes need to be made . It is so hard to get a job And the law slaps felonies on everyone . Not everyone is bad some need learning and it will happen sooner or later. So many issues running the economy right into the ground . There is hungry people but it is law we can not plant fruit trees due to the mess. We need to get a hold of things ..We need to work together and try ❤
