Paige is one of those precious people who is the complete package. She excels at something and compliments that with a personality which draws you close to her because of her competitive spirit and at the same time her love for people and her kindness and thoughtfulness in what ever she does. Like I said, she is the complete package.

What happened?? In a word...INJURIES! Enormously, enormously gifted player with ice water in the veins. If her body will allow it...she's going to brightly shine (again) at Uconn for at least a couple more seasons.

I read how committed she is to rehab...I believe she will be a star again for UConn and then in the WNBA. As D retires Paige will step in.

Because her freshman season was 2020-2021, she can play for five seasons and be on scholarship for six. She is eligible for the 2023 draft, but will almost certainly play at UConn in 2023-24. The odds are closer to 50/50 for 2024-25, and she is unlikely to use all of her eligibility unless she suffers another major injury. The one hope for UConn fans is that the combination of NIL money and poor WNBA salaries means that turning pro isn't financially necessary.

It's likely to be one of those things where injuries hamper her from living up to her actual ability during the limited 4 years of college career, but in the much longer WNBA career she'll shine and be in many title fights with Clark, most likely.

She was the doll of women's college Basketball she was the future good looking personality like no other you just couldn't take ur eyes off her.Positive attitude unselfish team oriented on the court though not the strongest or fastest player in the court her IQ was off the charts she had feel for game that very few had.Last minutes of game u wanted ball in her hands you knew something good would happen.Unfortunately her body not made for the pounding injury upon injury brittle bones bad knees what a tragedy Oh what could have been what should have been it is our loss and we hope for nothing but best for her she will survive somewhere somehow!
