PAINTING TUTORIAL Animal Fur | Lysa Roberts Art

In this video I show you how I paint a swatch of long fur. I'm using acrylic paints here but it can be done in either oils or acrylics. This is by no means the only way to do it, but it is my method. I hope you like it :)

I'm having difficulty getting the nose fur right. Can you suggest how to do short fur on his nose please

I downloaded Procreate and am trying to do what you did to separate the midtones and such for this fur. How exactly do you do it? Did you important a photo and then separated the tones with the app? This would help me soooo much! I just don’t know how to do it
