Thanks Landria. You are doing such a beautiful job on helping humanity! I have not watched the news in over 20 years and I think that was key to my awakening. I'm pretty much going thru this alone and with a heart issue that is keeping me from doing much of anything. I was an avid runner and in the gym 6 days a week a year ago. I have had to give up pretty much all exercise and disconnect from the majority of my friends to get away from their fear. If I can feel this amount of JOY and excitement living this way then I know I'm ready for the shift!! I meditate often since I'm home so much. I can't say I have connected to anything spiritual but it does relax me and helps to focus on what I want for the future. I listen to your meditation often. Thanks for all you do:)

Love every bit of these messages. I noticed awhile back I was watching stuff that was filled with drama, conflict and fear mongering. I would always feel like crap after I watched it and wasn't able to sleep well. I finally saw the truth that its an addictive pattern that keeps us stuck in stories. Thank you Landria.
