I just found this when I woke up and feel back pain. Then proceed to try the third exercise. And wow my back pain lessen a lot and I feel clearly awake. Then I did all exercise. Feel ready to start the day. Thank you, doc. Subscribed :D

You actually changed my life today.
Ive been watching your videos for a couple weeks. And I've done quite a few of your stretches, which have been really great for me. But this morning i was walking downstairs and i coughed pretty hard as i was taking a step down and felt a really painful twitch in my lower right back. I was devastated. I thought my life was on pause for a week at least. This was a very familiar pain. But i have been doing your stretches, and less than 12hrs later i feel like that pull never even Thank you sooo This absolutely changed my life!!!!

Seriously, all the stretches you show us really work. And you do such a good job of explaining how to do them. Thank you so much. You really made my life a lot better in a very short period of time

Your videos got me on my feet again. I had a relapse recently and will be doing these exercises too. I got well enough to go back to work before the relapse. Every single tendon in my right leg was effected. So, a very heartfelt thank you from me 💖

I have made three of your exercises part of my nightly ritual before getting into bed. I really think it had helped me. Have had back pain for over 6 months and while I have been going to chiropractor faithfully, am thinking I may be stick with it for life. These exercises have given me more relief. Thank you.
