I'm new to the Halo franchise and started playing The Master Chief Collection a few months ago. I recently finished the entire collection, and for me, Halo 2 is easily the best in the series. I loved how it gave a deeper personality to the Covenant, and playing as the Arbiter was incredible. The soundtrack and story were phenomenal. This game helped me stay focused during tough times, and I'll always be grateful for that. ❤

I never understood the Hype of Halo when it was released, then after a gamble purchase.... I was hooked, first game that I completed, loved everything (except the library😂) and was gutted when it finished. Then Halo 2 was released, got the special edition steelbook and straight from the beginning was a massive wow factor, no other game has given me that kind of build up hype and feeling of joy. I hate how times have changed, I miss a good midnight release.

This was the first Halo game I ever played and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My dad had actually introduced me to the Halo series by having us play this game on the original Xbox back in 2012 when I was 9 (we never owned a 360). The amount of times we played co-op campaign and 1v1’d each other was insane. Easily the best way to get into the series. Happy 20th anniversary Halo 2!
