I remember reading a quote from Olafur that it became somewhat boring making house music, and I get that in comparison to the more subtle palette of his other work. But there is an incredible power in how crossover Kiasmos is - the soul and emotion in this, the shifts in mood during this epic track ... it's like being hugged while you dance and swoon all at the same time. Of all the Kiasmos songs, 'Bent' has this phenomenal edge with the heaviness of the beats, the distortion on the synth sound and the elegance of the piano riff. It feels like everything in being alive all comes together in that mix.

This track is very good. The live version is epic and last 30 seconds you killed the time in space. It works like clockwork - I hear the end and my body is shaking in that powerful energy. Nice and strong. Hmmmm....
