It’s not called rubbery it’s called Rabdi pronounced as rubdi… n red syrup is rose syrup n it’s made from boiling milk n sugar continuously for one hour… so the process of make a bowl of Rabdi with 1litre milk is so long n v need lots of patience so please appreciate it… it’s might be little more sweet but it’s healthy but not for those who are on diet..🙏😊

The glassy thin noodles is falooda. Rabri is grainy condensed milk with slightly more liquidy than the condensed milk, the item that was on a stick that was being cut by a knife is kulfi it's the Indian version of an ice cream and the red syrup we call it as rooh afza the closest thing is the rose syrup. I mean the main ingredient in that red syrup is rose syrup with certain other items which acts as a cooling agent.


Yes the rabri or the Indian version of grainy liquidy condensed milk is sweeter than the condensed milk.

oh this is Rabri kulfi falooda. all three are different things and when had as a combo tastes awesome. Rabri is cooked and reduced milk and kulfi is Indian version of ice cream.

rabdi is literally my favourite dessert. it's meant for those who don't like too much of sweet 'Gulab Jamun' and people really like. yeah so it's pronounciation is: (Rub-di) and not (rubber-ee)
