I always heard cachete for cheeks growing up in a PR household. 🤗

At first, I only knew eyes. After a day or two of going over this while studying other Spanish, played the short again, nailed them all!

Mejillas= cachetes
Labios= boca
Orejas= oídos

Otras partes serían:

Bigotes (Whiskers)
Barba (Beard)
Dientes (Teeth)
Cabello= pelo (Hair)
Cabeza (head)
Frente (Forehead)

In mexico "mejillas" is "cachetes" :)
