I got it for two reasons - Rio never really went on sale and then became hard to find. I also thought the Rugby on the demo I played in 2016 was loads of fun. I am really enjoying it. Currently, it is my family's Wii Sports. And just like that, solo play is still about records.

Its a fun game, but I do wish that the roster was bigger, and hopefully we get some DLC down the road

Heard people complain about the lack of story but my god this has the most story out of all Olympic Games and I’m excited for an actual story this time around as it will be the closest we get so far other than Smash to a Mario and Sonic narrative

That's disappointing. I was hoping that there would be more on offer here, especially since it's Tokyo 2020. I have to say the only version of this series I liked was Vancouver 2010 and I think that's more to do with the fact that I'm Canadian and those were Canada's games during my lifetime rather than what was offered in that set. Maybe I'll pick this up second-hand but definitely not buying for full price.

I own the game and it’s amazing the story is long and entertaining and plus there is a lot of medals and achievements to get so completionist will like this game a lot I highly recommend it

0:30 Ubisoft got the license for the Olympic winter games in 2018. Without the license you can't make an official Olympic themed game.
