I've made a copy of my artboard, which has made a copy to the other side with no artboard lol, how do you get out of Mirror for Exporting? can you 'flatten' the layers as in PS? Great tuts, Thx

I love your tutorials. I have a question. You mentioned that the gradient on the reflection could be made with the appearance panel. I can't seem to figure out how to only edit the reflection and not the mother element. Is there a way? Or do I have to mask stuff? I have tried to just make my reflection less opaque but to no avail.

am I the only one who's computer can't handle the grid repeat tool? My computer is plenty strong and never had a problem with illustrator before.
