How to get all the tools in toolbox of visual studio

This video describes how to get tools in the toolbox of visual studio. Like serial port etc.

Not worked for me :(
There is no relationship between whether I select one of the checkboxes here or not and whether it appears in the toolbox list. For example, Serialport is checked but I cannot see it in the list. Resetting did not change the result.

I am trying to add "Charts" but they don't show up in my toolbox. I got a message that says that the tool was added but is not enabled. The it says "check that the framework is compatible with it" I just couldn't make it work. Any ideas.
