you don’t have to be rich to be married. it is a promise to give it all you’ve got in any circumstance. if it is important to her but not to you, it is unfair for her to wait until you are. clearly she loves the family you have created and she loves you. at this rate i don’t think she cares much for a grandiose proposal or wedding. she wants reassurance.

Kinda sad for her not gonna lie. One day she’ll wake up and realize that she’s wasted her best years with a man that didn’t wanted to walk the same path with her in the way she needed him to. Gotta admit, seeing parents actively play and enjoy playing with their kids is so nice, cause it’s so important for kids to have that. Engagement is important, social stuff is important, it’s crucial for a kid’s development, so it’s nice to see. :)

Connor is just stringing her along at this point. I've seen soo many women who had this happen to. There would be constant excuses like I'll propose after i graduate, after i get my dream job, after i buy the house etc and the woman would waste her entire youth on his vague promises only for him to dump her for someone younger and getting married within a year. Even my aunt barely had a baby at 39 and her ex is with a 25 yr old after he strung her along for 13 years. Women should learn boundaries and to not be blind in love
