Anyone hurting human being is wrong. Ukraine after sending thousands of troop to iraq, showed that killing of innocent arab children and arab nation is justified to call themselves strong and developed country. How come ukraine is expecting support and mercy from the world. We need equality and justice for all nations including iraq/syria/palestine. Justice should be given equally in Palestine/Iraq/Yemen/arab nations and western world for war crimes. When you hurt innocent children in Palestine/Iraq/Yemen/arab nations you will get the same response and you cry for support from other nations. And its Shameful that visa banned Modi never condemned by western world, who is responsible for genocide of minorities. Why USA/UN/UNSC dont condemn and put sanctions on the RSS/BJP terrorist organizations run by modi, were hindutva terrorist are calling genocide of minorities of india.

At least in some parts of the world protests are possible. I doubt this will in anyway change Putin's mind. Much like the protests against what is happening in Palestine didn't do much to change Israel's actions.
The people of Ukraine voted for independence, with protests in support of that in later years. Even the Donbas region voted for independence. The Donbas region which with other areas was depopulated by Stalin, with millions of Ukranians dying from famine in the Holodomor. And with the later expulsion by Russia of the Crimean Tartars - the repopulation of areas by Russia.
Violence leads to more violence and what Putin is doing is not helping peace in other areas of conflict. It's just bringing more death and suffering to millions.

actually the demonstration in Rome had at its core "active neutrality, I don't know if you noticed the lack of anything explicitly supporting the resistance of the Ukrainian people. Probably the reporter got excited about the numbers of people and arrived at the logic conclusion that it might be in support of the Ukrainian people, but alas, no.
