I always wonder, it's very rare to hear of accidents of people coming from burial yet these occasions occurs everyday. BUT, It's very common to hear of accidents of people coming from weddings, dowry, blessings ceremony, or where a couple had gone to visit parents, yet these ceremonies occurs mostly on weekeds.

I think it's about time the people seriously took to task the government about this killer section of the Meru roads! Why should it be that every other month, people are dying at this same spot, and the government is doing nothing about it other than issuing useless statements? What's the government's role in these accidents?
Either make that part of the road officially very rough, forcing motorists to drive slowly or simply build a different and safer road for the sake of Kenyans' lives!
We can't afford to lose lives every month like this! This is evil.

That pick-up truck seems to be very familiar. Yesterday evening while heading home after visiting my parents in Ngara area, along Langata road. A similar truck joined illegally from the lane heading to Madaraka, to the one heading to Karen, at Uhuru gardens section. I was driving, and he nearly jumped me, I had to step on my breaks. He jumped, and took on the direction heading to Mombasa road (Southern bypass), speeding excessively, despite the corners leading to the bypass. It was horrendous show of maniacal driving on the road.
