Another way of saying it is stop tying your self worth to everything. This is a struggle I’ve had my whole life. I’m only now really learning to stop trying to find validation outside myself.

My best college friend used this phrase all the time in the 90s. She is gone now - the phrase takes me back to her wise, calming words.

That's 😎 you shared this today. My daughter also taught me this! She's been telling me "mom, it's not that deep" for about a year now, whenever I get stressed, worried, worked up 😅

The difference you make to the world astounds me - its monumental. You are affecting the mental health of so many, giving practical tools that really work and for many are turning their lives around. The impact of your work and your channel, your life, is no small deal. We are deeply blessed in this day and age to be able to access this kind of wisdom and help so easily, before social media only those who could afford a therapist would get help and even then only limited to that therapists modality. Your life trials that led to this - a deep gift to the world, just - Thank You - you have impact and you make a difference, quite literally making the world a better place each time you show up 🙏
