Hi there, I have a case pending but I’ve been denied about 3 times before this time but I have bipolar, depression and major anxiety for mental illnesses and quite a few learning disabilities like ADD, Dyslexia, having a hard time understanding even the simplest things, my memory is horrible....someone will be talking to me or I’ll be talking to them and I won’t remember what we talked about 3 seconds later, it doesn’t stick in my brain, and I also if I’m talking I end up forgetting what I was just about to say in 3-5 seconds so I’ll have to stop and really thing, usually I don’t remember what I was going to say but if I do remember, it’s hours later....my anxiety is so bad I don’t really leave the house hardly at all, and if I do it’s not for long, I don’t stay out more than a few hours, usually....but if I can’t leave the house because of my anxiety how on earth can someone in my position work? I’ve had many jobs. Based around the same thing but it was work, it never lasted more that 2-3 months I mean usually it didn’t last more than 2 weeks at a job simply because my anxiety got the best of me but I never told anyone about my illnesses I just kept trying to work....but over the years as I’ve gotten older they’ve gotten much just so scared I’ll be denied again but I think the reasons I kept getting denied was because I was for one....I was working I didn’t realize you have to be unemployed for at least a year and I didn’t have a now I haven’t worked in well over a year and I do have a lawyer. I mean but what do you think my chances are to winning my case?

I have a court date for April 28 in Traverse City for both..denied..then diagnosed..RRMS.appealed...is it too late to get a lawyer?
