I could care less about the icon shape. I want new features and more customization. And more complete user interface changes. An overhaul. Not just different shapes to icons

Its really sad that the main thing holding Apple back in making huge innovations and refreshing changes to their software is their own toddler userbase. Can't even slightly change the icon shapes without them throwing an adult tantrum, or slightly tweak the interface and they'll whine that it's too hard to use. Then they complain that iOS is boring and never changes. What an annoying fanbase to deal with

They need to fix the damn photo app. iOS 16 had the best photo app. Easy to use and navigate.

This is not important. An important thing can be: get a solution for the moving problem in the photo app > it is totally impossible to move a photo from the photo library to an album. Always the photo will stay in the photo library and in the album. But that is not what i want. I want solve the big mess what the photo library is. Copy photos from the photo library to an album will not help.

Icons should be fully square, with the responsibility left to developers to design them according to iOS design guidelines—similar to macOS.
