Those were some great deals. That's a nice desk/shelf setup too. That double dragon game looks fun, I played the OG NES and Super Nintendo one. Capcom fighting collection is so fun. I got it when it released since I never got to play any of the Dark Stalkers games.

I've found good deals at GameStop every visit...and each GameStop is Unique in what they'll have in physical inventory....💥

Great video, I love seeing what everyone else can find all across the world. I’m from London, Uk so it amazing to see just what u guys can find in America. Just wondering if u would take us along on one of ur trips to the video game store I would love to see what ur local shops are like. If not that’s ok, many blessings for the year ahead. New subbie

Dang you found some pretty rare games at GameStop. I've never even seen a lot of those games at stores and i gamehunt quite a bit.

Gamestop is not typically a great place to shop; most of the games there are above market value and many don't have game cases. The only time I really go there is around Christmas when sometimes they will have deals. I didn't really find anything good this past holiday.

I typically go to mom 'n pop shops. I did find good deals on a few recent games, but I'm probably nearing 400 Switch games, so it is hard to find a game I may still want. And like you, I rarely buy games at full price.

Oh yeah, here's a tip if you need to remove a sticker will minimal residue left behind. Use a blow drier on Low Setting to peel off. To remove residue, add a bit of dish soap and let it sit for a while and it will dissolve.

I have an entire list that’s on Apple’s Notes. Unfortunately, the GameStops have been picked over in my area.

I used to maintain wishlists. I stopped it I don't have wish lists any more. I just wait and if I see something I want I buy it spur of the moment. Its better that way, I spend a lot less money. I used to have thousands of pounds worth of games on my wish list. Like wtf, I was just working to buy games to put on a shelf. And I'd have to keep working indifinately because I'd put another 5 games a day on my wish list every day and buy 2 or three a week. So the wish list was expanding exponentionally. Just stupid

Yeah, I waited for the price drop with Sonic Origins at Best Buy for 25 bucks. Sonic Superstars I waited for it to drop down to 40 bucks, which was a lot more reasonable. Especially considering how average it ended up being to me.

I’d say majority of my collection has come from Gamestop. I think they’re underrated and get a lot of hate. I can’t say it’s not justified because they make some interesting choices like selling gutted copies as new, but that’s why I wait for those deep sales to be able to pick it up for cheap. I just think of it as a used game and I don’t mind. Like yesterday I been holding out to by Rhapsody Mark Kingdom and I finally seen it drop to $29.99 so I got the last gutted copy at my local gamestop but it’s cool cuz I didn’t get it for full price. I will say that I do buy games with out a case if I know it’s rare and then I just wait it out to see it at gamestop again then swap the generic for the original. Skylanders Imaginators I got for $20 at gamestop when that’s almost $200 game. Waited on mercari and eBay til I found the artwork for $15. Now I have a complete copy. Moral of the story is don’t sleep on gamestop
