Eliminating a mandate does not state he dislikes EVs. He doesn't want people to be forced to buy them. Individuals should have the choice in their vehicle energy product.

This is how it should be. Give an incentive to buyers to buy cars the gov wants them to buy. But still allow people to buy what they want.

That is not a Kamala flip flop. Being against the government mandating that you HAVE to buy an electric car is different from thinking folks should be able to buy them and/or encouraged to do so and letting the market decide.
