In this video I am going to show you how to record Instagram Stories videos without using hands.

Instagram Stories hands-free feature allows users to record a video without having to click and hold the button.

Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can use this feature:

1. Go to Instagram home tab.
2. Swipe right or click on Your Story in the top-left corner.
3. Once the camera screen opens, hit the arrow icon on the left-hand side and choose the hands-free feature.
4. After that press on the button to start recording a video. In order to stop recording, simply tap the button.
5. Now you can apply effects, insert stickers, draw or write something on your Story if you want.
6. When you are happy with your Story, hit the Send to button and share your Story.
