thats actually the nicest training program i’ve heard in a while.
most companies leave you in debt even if you finish your training program.

It’s nice to see SM give trainee freedom, well diet-wise

I think as a kpop-trainee, having to buy your own junk food if you want some, is absolutely fair

It’s nice of SM to let their trainees have their free diet

i'm glad the person came out and somewhat debunked all the rumors about sm trainee life😭

I never thought the diet culture in companies was bad IF they provided actual meals. It keeps idols healthy and away from processed foods.

Wow that’s not bad. I didn’t know SM was that good to their people

The ‘you have to buy your own junk food’ surprised me the most😂😂😂
1.5k is the most likes I’ve ever gotten. Thank you!

SM has always been the superior company. You can see all the idols actually have some meat on their bones and are not scheletons.

SM is still doing business, they're not being nice because they're actually nice, but because they're never short of trainees. You're not forced to diet because if you don't meet the requirements they'll just cut you off, that's why trainee still diet if they're serious about it. Big companies can afford not burdening their trainees with debt only because they have the resources.

it’s rare to see companies that treat their trainees this well and fairly, i wish it was more common.

I WAS an SM trainee, and they are really so good when it comes to training, a lot of you hate the company when they treat idols really well

I know trainee is hard but really hard with diet and many lessons 😭 I bet all trainees are so talented they just don’t let them debut.

This is great, trainees are free in their activities, or in what they want to eat. I think it's good to make diets, sugar is actually very bad for health even if you don't wanna become idol.
And they can have special schedules, dance, singing and music classes, and bedrooms for free, that's a good way to not make them give up.

Sorry for my bad English 😅

My dream is becoming an idol (when I turn 12-14. I wanted to go to Hybe cause Hybe is one of the best companies but to think about it I like SM better.❤ so fingers crossed 🤞

I think the training program of SM shifted a lot after EXO and became more gentle when SM Rookies and NCT Dream arrived

Listen I think as kpop fans we have all come to a collective agreement that SM is the best company for trainees and contracts, twits just they sign you to like 17 or 18 yr contracts. I think sm literally only takes what 40% maybe 30% I can't remember the exact number but the idols get most of their profit from their performances. Ethically and business strategy SM has it going on, just the length of the contract sucks 🤷‍♀️
