The triangular layout is a lot more adapter friendly for attachable lens/ND filter. Also if it were a vertical layout, I think it would constrict room for MagSafe attachments.

What sky the low light improvement for astro as the noise is not good at all. Why don’t they make massive optical zoom improvements too rather than just micro improvements each year?

I would rather have a glass disc for the MagSafe only and leave the rest of the back aluminum. Glass back is just annoying due to cracking and actually makes the phone cooling less efficient.

There’s so many renders coming out and most of it I’m a bit reluctant to praise until maybe when you see it in flesh. I wouldn’t prefer the horizontal placing of the camera it looks ugly. I hope Apple will finally decide the best looking back camera.

Hi matt I plan on getting an iPhone this year purely to keep up with my children who have them and the iphone 17 sounds perfect for me with it's new 48 & 24 mp cameras as I take plenty of photos so will be worth the wait.
