Even though "Ready as I'll ever be" is a song sung by a lot of Characters, I'd still consider it to be Varian's Villian song, unless we could argue that "Let me make you proud" has some villainish undertones- especially coupled with the reprise, so those would be my personal favorites. Or "Poor unfortunate souls"/"Mother knows best". I love the flow and meaning of those songs.
