Many Christians Cannot Handle THIS Truth.

This one fact alone completely contradicts conditional security, which is the sealing of the Holy Spirit. The word of God says in 2 Corinthians 1:22, "Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts." When individuals believe in Christ, trusting Him alone, they are sealed by the Holy Spirit. The duration of this seal is attested to by scripture, wherein we can confidently declare that though the Spirit can be grieved or quenched, it cannot be lost. To my own shame I spent far too long living in anxiety and depression fearful of losing God's free gift of salvation because I was dependent on self, but not anymore since I believed Jesus Christ alone for salvation

I cried so hard the first time I heard that I could not lose my salvation once Holy Spirit sealed me. I had been constantly measuring my standing in Christ by my works so much that I burst into tears at the knowledge that it was not required of me. We don't maintain a gift. How ridiculous. We say thank you and keep saying thank you and help others to receive what we have received.

Jesus did not come to condemn the world but to save the world, once and for all… if he left any of it up to us or our own “obedience and cooperation” we would all mess it up and need to born again and again and again.

Too many people have too much confidence in themselves rather than the savior.

I cannot imagine a world where OSAS was not true. If not we would all be living in fear all the time, constantly questioning our salvation, scared of death, and live miserable lives with nothing to look forward to after death.

God doesn’t want us to “hope” for our salvation, he wants us to be confident in it once we believe. Great job 🙌

Dude, I’ve recently started following you and can’t thank you enough for your faith and material.

For years I was rocked in my faith because of so many preachers and Christian’s not knowing the Bible and taking stuff out of context and it kept me in fear.

The past few years I decided to seek the truth for myself and desired to know what the Bible ACTUALLY says in CONTEXT and it’s all of the same stuff I’ve been seeing in your videos.

I used to really did things for God out of fear of Hell. I still have small instances where those thoughts today. But, when I found out about eternal security, something lifted from off my shoulders. I was able go to His throne of grace and breathe sighs of relief.I apologize for always wanting to do something good, always wanting to contribute. God has been teaching me to leave the results to Him. I have the Holy Spirit who “nudges” me to act or tells me not to act a certain way. I’ve had some pastors even calm me down and make me realize I really can’t do everything! One of the pastors would say to me, “Don’t worry. If you can’t hold onto God, know that God is holding onto you.” Wow! Amazing truth.. I accept Christ’s gift of redemption and look forward to praising Him in heaven.

As a 48 yr old lukewarm believer who has been battling addiction for most his life. I have always been tossed to and fro by all the different interpretations I've heard about salvation. My guilt and shame and regret due to my rebellious and foolish lifestyle has continued to condemn me. I go back and forth from believing that I am saved because I believe in what Jesus Christ did for me, to me having to turn from my wilful sins to be saved. Many people say that what is meant by being born again is repenting of past sins and being baptized and living a life of obedience and good fruits because we love our Heavenly Father. We still will sin, but we don't continue in sin like I have done for years. I have to watch this video again. If anyone responds to my comment to help me, thank you very much! I really need it.

dear brother, I am learning that to know truth is one thing. To really believe it so it is an unshakeable part of your life that nothing can disturb, is another completely. I’ve been thankful to know truth. But, I’m still shaken by the deceitful and dissenting voices. Thank you for pointing this sister to Christ.
