The issue doesn't start after JEE results/failure, it just gets manifested after it... The problem starts with expectations of marks from every student right from junior classes. That doesn't leave scope for diversity.. it's like - asking fishes to fly . The education system is not well equipped to provide enough space for students to find their passion..and when one doesn't find one's passion they are not intrinsically motivated to have a vision.

Q1. Discuss the importance of treating extra pulmonary TB in India. Suggest the measures from the same.
Ans.
Introduction:
Extra-pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) refers to TB infection that occurs outside the lungs, affecting various organs such as lymph nodes, bones, joints, abdomen, and central nervous system. In India, where TB is a major public health concern, treating extra-pulmonary TB is of paramount importance.

Body:

1. Improved patient outcomes:
- Timely and effective treatment of extra-pulmonary TB can lead to better patient outcomes, reducing morbidity and mortality rates.
- For instance, treating TB affecting the central nervous system promptly can prevent long-term complications such as neurological deficits and disability.

2. Preventing disease transmission:
- Treating extra-pulmonary TB is crucial in preventing the spread of the disease within communities.
- Active cases of extra-pulmonary TB can be a source of infection for others, contributing to the overall burden of TB in the country.

3. Addressing diagnostic challenges:
- Extra-pulmonary TB presents unique diagnostic challenges compared to pulmonary TB.
- Different organs may be affected, and symptoms can be nonspecific, leading to delays in diagnosis and treatment initiation.
- By emphasizing the importance of treating extra-pulmonary TB, healthcare providers are encouraged to improve diagnostic capabilities and ensure early detection.

4. Strengthening healthcare infrastructure:
- Treating extra-pulmonary TB requires specialized facilities and expertise.
- Investing in healthcare infrastructure, including laboratories, imaging services, and trained healthcare professionals, is necessary to effectively diagnose and treat extra-pulmonary TB.
- Strengthening the healthcare system in this aspect will have spillover benefits for other diseases as well.

5. Enhancing public awareness:
- Raising awareness about extra-pulmonary TB is essential for early recognition of symptoms and seeking appropriate medical care.
- Public health campaigns and educational initiatives can help dispel myths and misconceptions surrounding TB and encourage individuals to seek treatment.

Conclusion:

Treating extra-pulmonary TB in India is crucial for improving patient outcomes, preventing disease transmission, addressing diagnostic challenges, and strengthening the healthcare infrastructure. Public awareness campaigns are vital in promoting early recognition of symptoms and seeking appropriate care. To effectively tackle extra-pulmonary TB, it is important for the government, healthcare providers, and society as a whole to collaborate and implement comprehensive measures. This includes investing in healthcare infrastructure, training healthcare professionals, and ensuring access to high-quality diagnostic and treatment services. By prioritizing the treatment of extra-pulmonary TB, India can make significant progress in reducing the burden of tuberculosis and improving the overall health of its population.

My add-ons views about youth choosing to suicude:-
1. A very sensitive age in terms of emotional intelligence, which traps many individual and lack of discussion about it .
2. No guidance from anyone about such situation where one finds hard to survive due to their personal life issue ( which is no more rare).
3. With the increased access of internet the way every generation nowadays are growing with movies and music and web series has somewhere impacted the thought process of an individual since childhood, which is also responsible for the introduction of such affairs in ones mind. Internet has also lead to privatise ones life with less interaction with family.

Young children are getting more stressed about their early earning along with entering in new world of competition by which they are fully alienated because of less or wrote learning education with lower grade locality private school
They also concern about to save the name of their parents in the society because they are particularly belong to upper caste with less educational and stressful social facilities and lastly to gain prominance after seeing the craze of competition in cities or areas
AND LASTLY THE BIG BURDEN OF ( STRESSING about their MARRIAGE 😢😅) to maintain future family ❤

Sir all the issues really exist and one more issue that exist according to me is that children or even adult face is lack of awareness and in certain cases if the child knows diverse area they are unable to acquire skills due to lack of financial conditions it's too costly for normal middle class family child to afford it.

As a way forward govt and NGOs must try to impart skills through various schemes so that they are not left with few options and can diversify themselves.

There must proper career guidance classes and stress on mental health.

There must be govt centres where there are opportunities to learn new skills from music, dance to java, python or coding in comparative low rates from private sector offerings.
