Next to kitchen door = Bucket
Fill it up with water
Kitchen table = Knife

North of stairs on shelves = Red dye
Upstairs: NE corner room = needle and thread
Upstairs SW corner room = pot of flour

East, end of dirt path next to gate = hammer

Inside shed, search workbench = saw and metal nails

Run west of the house, west of the pond = kill a bear cub for its fur

Suggested items:
Weight reducing clothing and 1 stamina potion
Food, armor, weapon to kill a cb82 with safespots

Teleports:
1 Farming cape, skills necklace, Fairy ring CIR or Battlefront teleport
1 after quest completion

Heads up if buying everything, you also need soft clay, and he organizes the video with a couple minutes worth that you can skip item gathering which is nice.
