Hey David, I noticed when I send my dispute letter’s certified, I get a better response than when I send them first class mail. So I inquired as to why that was, e-oscar scans the front and back of the envelope, so now they are held accountable and more likely to get an FCRA complaint if they don’t answer in 30 days or less. compared to first class where you have no proof.
