In sign of affection she’s a deaf girl and he is her childhood friend who teases her in sign language. I noticed in the anime he liked her but she fell in love with a guy they barely even knew but the guy she fell in love with was a guy from her besties club although the anime is nice and wholesome it’s also rlly sad I’m also sad that he didn’t rlly get a lot of attention in the anime although it’s not a canon ship I would still ship them in my opinion 😭
