Heres a thing i noticed as i hit 40 and have 25 years of weekly riding experience, if seats and handles dont make your spine straight, your hunched over leaning down towards bars.... Your gonna kill your back and everything. Im dutch Canadian so kinda an expert to listen too lul. Lots of dutch here.

If you wanna race sometimes or are young and sure... Have low bars and go fast
But im telling ya around 40 your back will give out.

Basically don't be an idiot like I was

Now i ride with high handlebars that come around to sides to my hands i don't know the name im not googling it.... Lul

And my seat is not too high not too low, and i have a small back rest installed

I ride a Cadillac basically lul
