This is so important. Make someone feel guilty ...then offer a path to absolution. That's how you gain control. This is being done to white children and young adults.

Someone who is incapable of admitting guilt or feeling shame is a person who is incapable of learning from others, changing their worldview based on new information the views of other people. Such people might be good but they become intellectually, emotionally and morally frozen. They rarely become better people. Try not to become like those people.
