No, these companies are like harness to India for USA. These companies are here to control Indian and it's foreign policy it is like USA saying if you step out of the way these progress are all gone. India need to have it's own chip manufacturing and designing and most importantly ISA (instruction set architecture).

It sounds good but it's tough to build semiconductor in India. There are various forces which are in play here. The US wants whole semiconductor value chain and supply chain move from east asia and europe to US. For that they are spending billions and they are currently making FAB Facilities across US. Truth is that we are dependent on others and the maket is fierce and the geopolitics is nasty. Also we don't have the technology to built high end chip at a scale. So we need to collaborate with others by giving them sweet deals to build the infrastructure then and then we can think about market share
