This is true for intellectual jobs, can’t say this to people working in retail or restaurants. Go tell restaurant workers to just work 4 hrs and their restaurant can stay open for 8hrs, not possible. This logic is good but doesn’t apply everywhere

Wise. Also most jobs are linearly structured constant output for marginal pay increase. This begets lazy work force even in capitalistic This is why hourly rate jobs may be unwise for all. Those that realize....can go far.

Work isnt non-linear or logorithmic. Its very much input output. However, when you leverage or exploit, you can gain efficiencies. Similarly, you always always always need to convince people either through quality or marketing to PAY for your efforts. Its even more complex than that.

If what he said is true a regular dishwasher who busts his ass and manages to blow away records should be getting millions.
