'A day in the life of a treasurer' is a small video we produced in the context of our Innotribe session at Sibos about Design Thinking. One of the techniques used in Design Thinking is empathy research where you go and observe your customer. How he lives, breathes, and thinks, and from these observations you try to come up with better ways, new solutions to the issues that the customer faces.
