I have known that in corporate environment, responsibility was first priority and consumer were treated as extremely important and their feed back determine the final yard stick of their performance.Infosys failed in all these parameters.There is no known fixation of responsibility upon those involvement in executing the project.Govt should have penalised them for their inefficiency.So Govt. Is also accountable.

Not only Infosys but FM should be questioned for such foul play

Infosys should be sued and penalised. May be blacklisted. On IT dept. part the authority who introduced the new portal without proper trials should be taken up and moved out of this sensitive department.

पुराना पोर्टल तब तक बंद नही करना था जब तक की नया पोर्टल अत्छे से काम करना चालू नही कर लेता! वैसे पुराने पोर्टल को बदलने की कोई जरूरत नही थी

Instead of making all such useless herculean task to improve new portal, it is better to kick off this new portal by Infosys and sue them and bring back efficient old e filing portal . By bringing back old portal problems of IT Dept, and taxpayers problems will be solved one stroke. Let IT Dept and FM ponder over this suggestion.

Confusion. Details r not uploaded or wrongly done. Lot of glitches. It should have been tested trials fonec before announcing migration to new portal.

Old site is very easy and simple please restart old site
